# Turn 003 Cross-Player Synthesis

**Status:** GM-only recommendation; all outcomes remain provisional

## Intake boundary

All four expected packages are valid, locked, and analyzed against the same canonical start state at `Y01-M03`. No absence procedure applies. No player submission supplies knowledge of another submission or hidden state.

## Shared seasonal conditions

Late spring supports falling river danger, firmer patches of ground, crop emergence, and the stronger Whiteback run, but does not erase local rain, soft edges, fuel limits, route wear, or sudden water and wind stops. These are correlated seasonal effects, not player interactions.

## Direct intersections

No player explicitly seeks another player community, shared player-controlled place, or contested player resource. No direct player-to-player contact, conflict, trade, espionage, or accidental cooperation is recommended.

## Indirect intersections and carriers

| Carrier or system | Originating player scope | Action this turn | Permitted propagation | Protected boundary |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Oren / Northbarrow | player1 | Named labor party works under Ridgeford's compact | Ridgeford's public roster, safety limits, readiness, and restitution record | Claybank remains an unnamed downstream rumor; no player1 access to its condition |
| Ava / Juniper Fold | player2 | Witnessed path-and-tree walk with Hazelstead | Exact observed path, protected features, and disagreement | Ridgeford remains only a named stone-crossing community; no current Ridgeford facts |
| Seln / Ferryend | player3 | Practical no-promise informational visit | Arrival custom, per-crossing practice, bounded firsthand route knowledge toward the lake | No Merehaven leader, current condition, council, inlet evidence, or player action |
| Tovan / Rushhook | player4 | Reciprocal stronger-run observation report | Direct outlet timing and absence of the same local disturbed-shallow pattern | No Claybank facts; no full Whiteback cycle; no alliance or restriction |
| Greywater / Longmere seasonal system | all, indirectly | River falling and fish movement affect separate local opportunities | Only locally observed or causally reported evidence | No omniscient regional synthesis delivered to any player |

## Resource and timing collisions

- Ridgeford's Northbarrow workers are bounded and do not collide with any other player's labor.
- Hazelstead's Juniper walk uses no player-controlled territory.
- Claybank's Ferryend visit and Merehaven's Rushhook visit use different actors and routes.
- No shared cart, boat, fuel stock, field, ford, or workforce is double-booked across players.

## Character-agency resolution order

1. Resolve local essential work and safety gates: Ridgeford route/crossing, Hazelstead crop, Claybank fields/care, Merehaven preservation/water.
2. Resolve local authority conflicts through each submission's supported institutions: Dorr/Sila/Evin, Beren/Ilya, Rusk/Hobb/Daia, Toren/Varo/Luma.
3. Resolve conditional institutional and learning work: watch trial, future-field survey, clay/site test, boatcare/council review.
4. Resolve outside-community actions only after their local prerequisites: Northbarrow labor, Juniper walk, Ferryend visit, Rushhook visit.
5. Propagate only the exact information those carriers can observe or report.
6. Conduct the Turn 3 attractor review without applying an effect.

## Recommended outcome alignment

| Player | Local outcome | External outcome | Cross-player consequence |
|---|---|---|---|
| player1 | Seasonal route maintained; crossing staging advances; bounded watch demonstrated | Northbarrow compact performance becomes auditable | No direct contact; Claybank stays unnamed rumor |
| player2 | Reserve preserved; crop evidence improves; boundary uncertainty narrows | Juniper walk produces observed agreement and one disputed strip | No direct contact; Ridgeford remains general prior knowledge |
| player3 | Standing shared-firing compact; bounded second clay test; candidate sites surveyed | Ferryend channel clarifies lakeward approach without current Merehaven facts | Creates a plausible later Claybank–Merehaven route, not present contact |
| player4 | Stronger-run catch managed; council and boatcare deepen; local inlet evidence strengthens | Rushhook supplies reciprocal outlet comparison and a pending proposal | No direct contact; Claybank remains unknown |

## Knowledge and rumor propagation

- player1 receives no new identifying Claybank information.
- player2 receives no new current Ridgeford information.
- player3 may learn a bounded route description toward the lake and Merehaven, explicitly separated from Seln's rumor. This does not reveal current Merehaven facts.
- player4 may infer a tentative downstream-to-upstream fish timing pattern from direct local and Rushhook observations. The full cycle remains hidden.
- No player learns another player's submission, priorities, internal conflict, or GM-only causal fact.

## Convergence review

The charter's Turn 3 opportunity check is satisfied at the level of plausible future routes, not forced contact. Claybank now has a more usable path toward the lake; Ridgeford and Hazelstead each have bounded external relationships that can later transmit names or meeting opportunities; Merehaven has a continuing outlet relationship. Direct player contact remains causally optional.

## Attractor review

`AT-GWR-WITNESSED-AUTHORITY` strengthens through a third turn:

- Ridgeford adds an expiring public watch trial and continues the crossing ledger.
- Hazelstead uses mixed custody, joint witnesses, and a hearing that limits what the walk can decide.
- Claybank converts temporary safety rules into a public, revisable firing compact.
- Merehaven submits its council to representative review and ties burdens to public evidence.

Outside communities now recognize bounded procedures in four separate relationships: Northbarrow compact labor, Juniper witnessed walking, Ferryend witnessed bargains, and Rushhook reciprocal reporting. This is meaningful supporting evidence, but it is not yet a victory candidate because player communities do not compare the pattern, depend on a shared version of it, contest it across clans, or experience a regional consequence. Recommendation: retain `HYPOTHESIS`, add Turn 3 evidence, and narrow the missing evidence to cross-player comparison/dependency/conflict and regional recognition/consequence. Apply no bonus, rule, score effect, or victory condition.

## Elimination and serious-consequence review

- No player missed intake.
- No submission or established condition supports death, deposition, captivity, exile, or loss of control.
- No elimination docket is required.

## Recommended docket

- T003-D01 — Ridgeford route, crossing preparation, and watch trial.
- T003-D02 — Hazelstead crop, Juniper walk, and future-field evidence.
- T003-D03 — Claybank firing compact, clay trial, and Ferryend information.
- T003-D04 — Merehaven stronger-run capacity, council, boatcare, and Rushhook comparison.
- T003-D05 — Turn 3 attractor review: retain strengthened hypothesis with no activation.
