# Turn 005 — Player Analysis: player2 / Hazelstead

**Status:** GM-only recommendation; no fictional outcome approved

## Neutral interpretation

The leader protects traceable stores and harvests only by readiness, preserves the seed reserve, and permits only the already authorized removable woodland trial. Storage, household health, and field evidence remain ahead of expansion. Hazelstead maintains the exact interim conduct with Juniper Fold without turning silence, marks, or path use into ownership.

## Intentions and intrinsic difficulty

| Intent | Method and dependencies | Difficulty and defensible range |
|---|---|---|
| Protect stores and take ready grain | Source-separated inspections, isolation, small repairs, readiness tests, sealed reserve | Heat and thunderstorms increase warmth, insects, lodging, and drying risk. Some additional grain may mature; a full harvest is not supported before late summer. |
| Test the dry-site approach without clearing | Removable exclusions, no felling, labor ceiling, cost and impact record | Plausible in dry intervals, but harvest calls and storm runoff may stop or shorten the work. |
| Preserve Juniper conduct | Witnessed record, no new marks or permanent offers | Repeatable restraint; title and permanent access remain unresolved. |

## Evidence-based scoring

| Dimension | Score | Evidence |
|---|---:|---|
| Direction | 5 | Food protection and a bounded evidence-producing trial organize the month. |
| Focus | 5 | Harvest/store protection clearly outranks the small trial and diplomacy is maintenance only. |
| Orchestration | 5 | Named leads, inspections, source custody, readiness gates, exclusions, labor ceiling, and stops. |
| Grounding | 5 | Uses actual crop maturity, minor prior damp loss, sealed reserve, authorized trial, health risk, and Juniper conduct. |
| Mobilization | 4 | Household witnesses, joint rival reports, and recognizable restraint preserve legitimacy. |
| Adaptability | 5 | Isolation, early-take tradeoff, unsafe-storage hearing, storm/harvest stop, and no-contact default. |

- **Power:** 0.908 — Strong
- **Permitted channels:** loss prevention, harvest quality, record trust, trial evidence, rivalry containment, bilateral clarity.
- **Prohibited inferences:** no full harvest, reserve surplus, permanent clearing, field allocation, Juniper title settlement, or current knowledge of another player.

## Character-agency pass

- **Nessa** isolates one warming/insect-affected lot and refuses reserve use before the remaining crop account is known.
- **Beren** leads the approach trial and wants a stronger authorization, but accepts the ceiling when field labor is recalled.
- **Ilya** preserves the exclusions and identifies storm-water movement as a maintenance cost rather than proof the site is unusable.
- **Tamm** prioritizes screens, raised bedding, and clean storage during the hottest wet interval and blocks any work that threatens a spring.
- **Ava / Juniper Fold** maintain the witnessed conduct and send no new permanent proposal; absence of a message creates no consent.
- **Corren and Lio** continue paired familiar-route practice within Tamm's functional limits.

## Recommended outcome

Approve T005-D02:

1. Regular inspection catches a warm, insect-active pocket in one early lot. Separation and rack repair prevent spread; a small visibly damaged portion is removed and the remainder preserved.
2. Several later plots become ready at different times. A thunderstorm lays part of one strip down, prompting an early take with lower-quality grain recorded separately. A useful additional share comes home, but much of the main grain remains in the field for late summer. The sound seed reserve stays sealed.
3. Tamm's household measures limit midsummer illness and protect springs, though insect and damp-home pressure remains active.
4. The removable dry-site trial establishes a usable approach in dry conditions and a real labor/material count. Storm runoff crosses one part of the marked approach; Ilya calls the stop, and the joint report records a maintenance/drainage cost. No tree is felled, no household allocation forms, and no axe authorization follows.
5. Hazelstead and Juniper Fold maintain the same no-cut, no-new-mark, named-path conduct. Title, boundary, permanent access, compensation, and seed remain unpromised.

## Privacy envelope

May narrate Hazelstead stores, maturity, loss, reserve, household health, bounded trial, and directly witnessed Juniper conduct. Protect Juniper hidden routes or intentions, other players, and regional topology.

No elimination, direct player contact, victory activation, or automatic rule effect is proposed.
