# Turn 006 Cross-Player Synthesis

**Status:** GM-only recommendation; all local analyses remain provisional until adjudication

## Turn-level summary

The finale is dominated by consequence rather than expansion. Ridgeford finally performs Northbarrow's earned passage and then uses its remaining river capacity to reach Claybank. Hazelstead voluntarily replaces one-person coordination with a bounded rotating arrangement. Claybank turns collapse recovery into a limited teachable capability while retaining a permanent human cost. Merehaven codifies limits on future authority, learns its reserve boat is farther from service than hoped, and receives an uncomfortable piece of candor from Rushhook.

All four submissions are strong or exceptional and explicitly protect prerequisites, stop authorities, and records. Their favorable influence should improve containment and institutional durability, not erase late-summer weather, prior injury, material scarcity, political disagreement, or first-contact uncertainty.

## Indirect regional effects

- Late-summer rain and heat affect all four local ranges but do not create an automatic shared event or resource transfer.
- Northbarrow's completed passage makes Ridgeford's seasonal gate known to that AI community. It does not propagate Claybank knowledge beyond the returning Ridgeford party this turn.
- Hazelstead and Juniper Fold extend witnessed restraint through first frost without learning current Ridgeford or Claybank affairs.
- Merehaven and Rushhook deepen an information channel; this does not propagate to Claybank or Ferryend without later travel.

## Resolution order

1. Resolve each clan's harvest, reserve, health, and safety gates.
2. Resolve Northbarrow's passage and Ridgeford's local repair/watch capacity.
3. Resolve Claybank's rain inspection and conditional firing without assuming knowledge of the incoming party.
4. Resolve Ridgeford's downstream launch and travel.
5. Resolve first contact at Claybank as a new procedure. `RULE-GWR-RECOGNIZED-BOUNDS` does **not** grant automatic recognition between newcomers; their explicit roles and nonpromises establish only a possible future protocol.
6. Resolve Hazelstead/Juniper and Merehaven/Rushhook as repeated procedures eligible for the narrow active rule's ambiguity reduction.
7. Review the campaign attractor after all consequences, without retroactive victory effects.

## Information and rumor propagation

- First direct player contact becomes observable only to player1 and player3 and only through the participants who return or witness the landing.
- The names Ridgeford and Claybank become mutually known. Neither clan learns the other leader's private priorities, stores, conflicts, or unobserved institutions.
- Tovan's admission is knowable only to Merehaven's participating delegation and those it reports to under the local public account.
- Ava's seasonal-restraint record is knowable only to Hazelstead and Juniper Fold.

## Emergent-rule and victory review

No new rule is recommended. The active recognized-bounds rule applies narrowly to established Northbarrow, Juniper, Claybank-local, and Rushhook procedures; it does not transfer by reputation to the Ridgeford–Claybank first contact.

Turn 6 supplies the first cross-player comparison and regional recognition evidence for `AT-GWR-WITNESSED-AUTHORITY`, but a single final-month encounter does not establish sustained competition, shared dependency, shared conflict, or a campaign-wide recognized victory axis. Recommend status `REVIEWED_NO_PROMOTION` after approved reconciliation. No winner, ranking, bonus, or victory condition is justified.

## Possible eliminations

None. Hazelstead's leader proposes and receives a voluntary end-of-campaign handoff while remaining alive and respected; this is not an elimination recommendation.

## GM decisions required

- Approve or revise T006-D01 through T006-D04 local consequence packages.
- Separately approve, revise, or reject the first direct player contact in T006-D05.
- Approve or revise T006-D06's final no-victory finding.
