Turn 001 Scoring Summary

Status: GM-only analysis; no fictional outcome approved

The six-score order is Direction, Focus, Orchestration, Grounding, Mobilization, Adaptability. Power uses the active defect-sensitive formula:

0.65 × mean(score / 5) + 0.35 × minimum(score / 5)

Player Profile Power Band Target
player1 / Ridgeford 5, 4, 5, 5, 5, 5 0.908 Strong 0.764
player2 / Hazelstead 5, 4, 4, 5, 4, 5 0.865 Strong 0.723
player3 / Claybank 5, 5, 5, 5, 4, 5 0.908 Strong 0.764
player4 / Merehaven 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 1.000 Exceptional 0.850

The target is a calibration point inside each separately established plausible range, not a success probability. Ordinary uncertainty is ±0.10 unless the individual analysis records a causal reason otherwise.

Defect review

  • player1's lower Focus score records the breadth added by apprenticeship, ledgers, future governance, and external inquiry during an urgent crossing month.
  • player2's lower Focus and Orchestration scores record three material work fronts and incomplete cross-crew capacity detail. Mobilization remains strong rather than exceptional because Beren's status conflict is contained but not directly settled.
  • player3's Mobilization remains strong rather than exceptional because Rusk has a concrete interest in selective evidence and potter resistance despite the fair procedure.
  • player4 supplies unusually complete evidence across all six dimensions: a protected critical path, local authority, representative incentives, capacity verification, bounded scaling, and learning before external action. The score does not create fuel, evidence, or consent.

No two-point scoring ambiguity or score-5 disqualifier was identified that requires a second adjudication pass.
