Neutral interpretation
The leader places harvest, care, and household fuel above a final conditional terrace firing. The goal is not a production kiln but a repeatable, teachable, auditable non-food firing practice whose limits survive the leader. Ferryend travel is declined. An unplanned upstream visitor may nevertheless reach Claybank and must be resolved without inventing trade authority.

Recommended outcome
Approve T006-D03 and T006-D05:
- The harvest and storage threshold is met with the low soft edge taken separately at lower quality. No craft activity draws from seed, carts, household fuel, or injured-family shares.
- A substantial rain tests the redirected drainage. Hobb closes the path during the storm, makes one shallow correction afterward, and records that the terrace remains usable only with seasonal inspection.
- The final small batch completes safely. The backup tender independently exercises vent control during a wind shift; defects are no worse than the prior pilot. Claybank records a demonstrated, teachable capability for small marked non-food terrace batches under the compact—nothing more.
- The four standing practices are adopted. Rusk retains craft direction and earns a future post-harvest hearing, while Alin's seasonal allocation, Hobb's ground stop, Daia's bodily-safety authority, Miri's public ledger, and old-quarter closure survive the leader.
- The more seriously injured worker is unlikely to return to heavy clay hauling; care and ordinary shares continue. The campaign does not erase the original collapse's human cost.
- No Ferryend trip occurs. The Ridgeford party's arrival and bounded first contact are resolved under T006-D05.
Opportunity costs and lasting consequences
Claybank ends with real limited craft capability and a safer institution, but without the production scale Rusk wanted. One worker's lasting impairment, the permanently closed old quarter for this season, and continued seasonal fuel allocation remain the price of the collapse and recovery.

May narrate Claybank's harvest, injuries, terrace, batch, compact, and what Ridgeford directly says or shows at the bank. Protect Rusk's still-hidden initial order and any Ridgeford intent or fact not directly observed in contact.
No elimination is proposed.
